camshaft thrust plate

does anyone have a camshaft thrust plate of an 87 to 93 they would want to sell me i cant find one anywhere and i bought one from ford but its too thick and after i get it i can finish my engine and put it back in the car im in dier need if anyone can help me out it would be appriciated

Just get it machined a bit. Clearance should be between .001 and .007, I believe

i didnt even think of that... but i was also thinking maybe the screws that came with the cam arent long enough
