I have a 95 GT and cannot figure what exactly this noise is andif Ishould be worried at all. It sounds like it is coming from the clutch. It sounds like something is rubbing against something else but only does it when the car is cold. I was told not to worry about it, what do you guys think?

I have the same problem, I'm just going to replace the clutch and check out the flywheel while I'm under there. I had a high pitch noise I could control with the clutch but now I'm getting the rubbing ur talking about too.

RanDJ your high pitched noise could be your throwout bearing, does it squeak when you let the clutch out and stop when you press it?

Yeah that was my thought too. That's why i'm just gonna go n replace it all under there. Thanks for the help tho.

is it a constant noise or does pressing the clutch pedal change it at all?

It seems like it stops when I pressthe clutch inbut only makes the noise when the car is cold.

definatly your throwout bearing, minds well replace the whole clutch if your gonna take it down.

but its most definatly that, i had the same problem buddy. and i have a 95 too
