yes it's for the PCV. I don't have an aftermarket intake but here's a pic of the stock setup.

sorry tried getting a pic could not get a clear one everything is so tight back there...... broke a small vacume line from the FPR in the prosses..... is it the pcv?
yes, it is the PCV hole. go to napa and get a new pcv valve, new pcv screen, and the rubber grommet for it.
