Hmm lest see here. First of you gotta get your compression down either double head gaskets, diff pistons/ diff heads. Umm hope your bottom end dont fall out. Umm the hours time its gonna cost you to tune. New intake, exhaust,injectors,computer. Basicly your gonna build a whole power train ground up. Plan on spending 5k eazly. And hope them truck motors have a strong bottom end. My 2 cents too much work y waste your time. I wouldnt!!!

lol @ the newb. stock 5.0 has 9:1 compression, plenty low for some boost (10-12psi). you will need new injectors and a tune with any major mod so thats no big deal. and $5K for a diy turbo!!! are you high? it can be done for $1000 if all the parts come from the junkyard. seen it done many times on turbomustangs.com
