Not just gears, right?

I was told that I needed some other parts for the differential in order to get the gears. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? What are the other parts?

140wt gear oil, 4oz friction modifyer, correct speedo gear. if you didnt get a new set of gears then they likely also wont come with a new crush sleeve, pinion nut, and shims
