Default U&L Control Arm & Spring Install

Hey guys, Installing some Upper and Lower Control arms and Cobra springs in the rear tomorrow. Just wanted to know in advance what I'm getting myself into. I noticed some type of rubber above the springs in the rear, I didnt know if that should be removed or what not. Just bassicly any information from anyone who's done it before is really aprecaited.Thanks alot

Drilling out the bushings is an easy way to get them out if you don't have anything to press them out... The springs are very simple to install, everything is straightt forward as far as that goes... Otherwise, good luck

i used a screw driver to line up the lower control arm bolt hole with the diff while i jacked it up

and i kept the rubber isolator at the top but ditched the lower one cause it was dry rotted

i changed my axle bushings in about 30 seconds each.....i stuck a 1/4" drill bit in between the rubber and the steel....and the drill was spinning i pulled back slightly and it walked the rubber right out

i did that too, broke one bit tho, and you only have to do that if you got new axle bushings. i bought mine separate cause they didnt come with my upper arms.
