By the Battery,
Jump means connect use the metal shaft of the screw driver to connect the two large post coming out of the siloniod with the car in the "on" position

That just happened to me at the grocery store, i tried to start and just heard a pop. the problem was that the hot red wire comming out of the fuse box to the positive on the battery had a wierd connection, moved it around and started right up. it also LOOKED like it had good connection. hope that helps

I JUMPED THE SILINOID , PUT IN A NEW BATTERY AND STILL NOTHING. IT DOESNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO TURN OVER, NO CLICKING STARTER NOISE OR ANYTHING. JUST ONE CLICK. WOULD THE HOT WIRE GOING TO THE BATTERY FROM THE FUSE BOX, HAVING A BAD CONNECTION CAUSE THIS?
