A couple more choices.
Those three above will fit the 1994 AODE, although I'm a fan on the TransGo kits myself. I have one in my 95 GT and I love the way it feels. They're quite reliable.
B&M is also a great company though. My shifter is B&M. I would get the TransGo kit personally, but the B&M kit would be my second choice.
However, if you want to spend a little more money, you should check out the Lentech Valvebodies.
The Lentech Street Terminator (AODE / 470RW version) is $400, but it's a nice valvebody that will give you the firm shifts and strength you are looking for. Or you can spend $700 and get one with a transbrake!
