how much would it cost to drop my AOD tranny out of my 94 GT and put in a manual 1
tranny clutch stick...the whole deal

also is it een worth it
or would a shift kit be a more pratical option?

Don't know too much about the in depths, like maybe ecu retuning, and maybe a speedo recalibration, but the cost will mainly be the cost of the tranny, clutch, clutch cable, shifter, shifter boot, clutch pedal, shifter ****, and any needed electrical wiring.
