Default Steering Wheel Vibration

Hello, i have had a vibration in my steering wheel for over a year now, its always there but some times it gets worse than others. It starts at around 55MPH and over. I have had the front end inspected many times and all is tight,i have rotated and ballanced my tires. I had new rotors and pads and one bum caliper replaced today, the vibration is still there. The driveshaft and everything in the front end seems tight and good????

I do get a bit of a rattle every now and then in the front right end, dont know?? possible shock mount??

Any ideas

Jeff

wheel related. i'll bet they're not balanced right. are the weights on either side seperated? there should only be 1 grouping of weights on each side, if you have 2 sets of weights in different spots on each side, they counter balanced it to get the machine to say 0, and slap it on the car, but it's not done properly.

I have balanced and rotatedthe tires many times in the year i have been fighting this vibration, including (road force testing). This all started when i got my front springs changed, now i have a randone vibration that seens to do different things every day.

What are the symptoms of bad shocks??

I dont think Shocks would cause a vibration if the shockes are bad the car will wanna keep bouncing and carring on after bumps

sometimes its the tires themselves just dont act right, i tried those fuzion tires when they came out and got some vibration, took them off and put some nice goodyears on and had no problem, how worn are they might wanna think about some new ones.

check the bearings, if they are worn there will be some play in side-to -side motion.
