Default A/C problems

Has anyone experienced any problems with adjusting the temp controls (middle ****) on their Mustang? I know my compressor and AC works but it blows out luke warm air most of the time. If i switch from hot to cold a bunch of times with the know eventually it will run cold, but with a triple black mustang approaching summer I need to get this fixed.

I've had the same problem as well. The middle (hot/cold) **** won't turn all the way to the left (cold). When I try to force it, it just springs back to somewhere between hot and cold. what is that?
