Default thanks guys.

well i want to thank everyone for the help given to me so far, when i bought my car two weeks ago it ran like junk and was falling on its face. since i joined this site i have fixed something each day on it and have learned a lot more about it each time. so im gonna pass on some info to the future newbies.
#1 fist thing to do when you have a problem is PULL THE CODES
#2 check for vacuum leaks
#3everyone that has an idling problem needs to either A.adjust their tps B.clean their mass air sensor C. clean their IAC

oh yea forgot to menton...my car will boil the tires off itself now and #4 is check you timing, (mine was at 6*, tps was only at .58, and the thermacor lines werent plugged)

I like your thinking, Im gonna mess with my TPS tomorrow, was just reading about how when you adjust the idlea screw it throws the closed voltage for the TPS off, maybe thats why my car ides just a little weird.

Wow. them are all off pretty bad, glad to hear that, thermactor holes- i bet that caused a litle problems
