harmonic balancer

well friday night i was out with my buddys and parked my car. then came back to get it later that night and when i started it the f^ckinn thing was shakin uncontrolbly. so i left it ther and came back in the morning to take a look at it. every looked fine but the motor look like it was goin to rip out the mounts it was shakin so hard. so i go home a grab my jack and find out the balancer was not there and i never herd or felt it fall off it was really weird has this happend to any of you guys?

my friend just bought a 90gt vert and his car starting shaking when i drove it back...the balancer actually cam apart! it just like shook its self apart...if i had not seen it i would have not belived it.

It just fell off ! ?

Did your belt fall off too ?

I have never ever heard of anything like that.

no the belt is on the thing just fell off i geuss

I dont see how the belt stays on if the harmonic balance is off. On my sn95 the crank pulley is on the harmonic balancer.....Is it a different setup on a fox ?
