here is the directions my supercharger gave me to relieve the fuel pressure
"Remove the gas cap to relieve fuel tank vapor pressure. Remove the fuel pump fuse from the factory fuse block and remove the coil wire from the ignition coil. Crank the engine over for a few seconds. (the engine will not start) to relieve fuel pressure from the fuel lines. Replace the fuse."
I have also read that letting your car sit overnight relieves pressure.
