That is the pump relay.

ORIGINAL: bds95stang

well the inertia switch is under the carpet i think on the drivers side but not positive. then i would just run it outta gas once it is unplugged

Thanks for the pic..but was talking to the previous owner of the car and he told me he got rid of it when he put the fuel pressure guage in..so I dont know, guess thats why I couldn't find it.

Inertia switch... In the back trunk, theres some plastic "molding" that runs around the whole back to line the trunk, on the drivers side of the rear, take that inner plastic peice off.. the switch will be behind that panel. If you don't know what I mean I can take a pic for ya once I get off work at 4.

Yeah I see the little oval plastic piece that you can remove. but not the switch, and cant open the hatch cause for some reason the switch doesnt work and dont got the key for it..so just gotta wedge myself back there.

What!?!?!?!?! your suppose to turn off the switch to change the fuel filter? i didnt.. it only took 3min to change..

I got the pressure out...but how to you use those tools to get the pin off from holind the filter on?

Alright its replaced.. filter looked so nasty, but car still doesnt seem right.
