it just started doin this like a couple weeks ago but say when i first start it and go to pull it out of the garage it acts like it wants to die and when i go down the road it will make popping noise under the hoodfor a min then go away... but when i park it weather the motor is hot or cold when i start it back up it does the same thing? what could it be?

well guess ill start with the spark plugs (even tho there new) and go from there

 

Are you running too lean by any chance or do you possible have a vacuum leak?

 

I'm not sure what you mean by Popping noise. Is it like a popping, or closer to a pinging...like a marble in a paint can being shaken? If that's the case it could be detonation which could be a result of a vacuum leak (causing you to run lean.)
