Default Quick Question!

So I'm bored tonight so I wanted to adjust the clutch. The clutch is engaging a lot later in the pedal than I want it to, I want it to engage right when I pull it off the floor essentially. My question is which way do I go with it? Do I give it more slack or take the slack out?

it's late and i'm half asleep...but here is my take on it....if you give it more slack you will hav to push the pedal further to disengage the tranny. which means it will take longer to engage the clutch when you release the pedal. You need to take some slack out.

oh...and if the above doesn't work...put some more slack into the cable...

Yes, tighten the cable up some, mine engages half way up,which is probable about normal, i used to have mine where it was all the way to the floor, then i got it adjusted for free when i had my map sensor replaced, and i was like "Damn, i didnt even know they should feel like this", lol pretty lame really
