ORIGINAL: creekrat

1) aode06- how you gonna hone the cyl with the engine in the car and the pistons still in?
2) matt - you know what happens to antifreeze when you run it with exhaust leaking itnto it. it turns brown and rusty so that may have been from the head gasket blown
3)silver91 - You arent the only one! once you do it enough there is only one way to put them back!
4)white fox - these 5.0's aint TTY ricer engines, no need to replace head bolts unless they are damaged
5)racingboy - you are absolutely right! cheap insurance to have them milled just to make sure they are flat because as adder suggested this isn't the first time they were replaced
6)alva - if you have stock rocker set up, they are non adjustable! take your valve covers off and make sure your pedestal bolts are tight before you loose one and f**k something up internally!
4)Nothiny ricey about it, and they are TTY bolts IIRCand should be replaced.

6)+1 Should be torqued to 19ft/lbs....look here http://www.fordracingparts.com/downl...M-6564-All.pdf
