i bought an 89 gt...it had a "security system" rigged up badly...i bought a new starter solonoid and battery cables and im trying to eliminate the security crap but im not sure what all is supposed to be on the starter solonoid...can someone help me out...

im fair pretty sure that there is 3 a big ground cable a big power cable and the third is either a neutral wire or the ignition wire for when you turn the key that tells the started to start cranking.

there is no ground cable. being bolted to the fender is what grounds it. both large cables are power, one is incoming from the battery, one is outgoing to the starter. the other wire is the ignition signal from the key, after all the safety switches..
