Default Door locks

My passenger door is stuck locked, the key doesnt work or the button, and the button doesnt work to lock or unlock the drivers side door. Anyone had this problem? Or know what it might be.

Sounds like the actuator is seized. Take the panel off and check it.

the lock could be rusted or dirty. take off the panel and spray it with pb blaster, let it set for several hours, try that out.

Door lock is likely dead. I had the same problem. Replaced the lock and solved everything.

You can replace them without drilling the rivet.Space is limited and you will swear im sure as i did, but it can be done. Pop the old motor off the bracket and pop the new one in its place. The new one will have its own bracket. Put some vaseline or something on the round bushings to help it slide. Finished mine in under an hour.

I might be wrong about this since it has been a while since I have locked my doors, but if you open the door with the inside handle while it is locked I think it will unlock the door as it opens it. Have you tried this??? It would help greatly in getting the door panel off if the door was open

+1
if you take the actuator out you should be able to lock and unlock with the key but while you have the door panel off you may as well replace the actuator
