battery problem HELP!!

my 5.0 is killing the batteiy.and it wont start with a boost but it starts when i pop the clutch.any ideas guys.

yes and there are no shorts.i tried to jump it whith a booster box bot wont start.it just makes a tiking nise.

starter solenoid or starter is frozen. your battery is fine.
