Default Tranny conversoin question.

Ihave a 91 mustang gt 5.0 5 speedand a 96 mustang gt 4.6 automatic. My question is will the stock tranny from the 91 bolt up to the block of the 96 without any problems and what about the three pedal set up from the 91 will they fit also in the 96 has anyone done this before? What about the starter setup header clearence clutch cable routing and even the tranny clearence to the cab of the car is there anything that would make this swap not worth my while?

As far as I know you cannot mount the T-5 tranny on a 4.6 block. Are you trying to make your 96 a stick?
