Cobra Intake Question
Are the stock gaskets correct for adding a Cobra Intake Manifold to a stock 5.0?

the lower intake to heads gaskets should be the same but you'll need the GT40 gasket for between the two manifolds.

when you go to the parts store ask for Explorer Intake gaskets...its the same as a Cobra gasket....where I work at that is what we sell for a Cobra intake.

how many mm is the opening of the cobra intake where it bolts to the TB?

Just ask for a plenum gasket for a 93 cobra, and I think its a 70mm

I know the 94-95s have a 73-75mm opening (yea, that wonderfull stock Ford opening that varies as it goes around), but not 100% sure on the 93 though.

so if the intake is only 70mm, then is there any gain in getting a TB bigger than 70mm?
