Why don't you gotest it out and then tell us what happens but more then likely you will just get fined and I hope you know someone that will do it like a friend or somethin because they will go done to if they pass you and then you get into trouble later!!!!

you guys ever been caught by cops running no cats just curious

you can be charged for bribing a government official. the people that do inspections are licensed through the state, therefore bribing them is the equivalent law as walking up to a cop and bribing him not to watch you punch someone in the mouth.

also, no cats is a 10k fine per cat, only had a couple cases of it here.
