running cold

RE: running cold
Ive got a 180t-stat in my 5.0 and with a thermometer in the top of the radiatorthe fluid never gets above 160 degrees. My stock gauge is usually right around the L also. I figured it should run about 25ish degrees warmer but it runs good so Ive never really tried to make it run hotter.

RE: running cold
Yea I dunno whats up with it,its a stock radiator with the stock clutch fan.Its got a police ssp oil cooler..but I can't think of anything else that would make it run cooler than any other 5.0.Ive got a taurus e-fan and DCC controller waiting to be installed. The dam thing probably wont even have to come on.
