most cars have a vacuum hose routing diagram under the hood on a decal somewhere, have you looked here yet??
if I remember right on my '88, there are two small and one large hose off the back side of the upper intake and two smaller ones off the front side of the upper intake. the large one on the back goes to a junction box on the firewall that is the MAP sensor and also supplies vacuum to the brake booster. one of the small back lines goes to the fuel pressure regulator and the other goes to the heater/ac control block I believe. the two front hoses go to the smog air pump control valves and the gas tank evaporative cannister down low on the frame under the alternator. I think that's all of them.

well as of right now the vacuum tree is eliminated, i have it starting from the pcv valve it connects directly around and to the tree in the rear the fuel pressure is hooked to the tree and another small vacuum line is route towards the passenger side and loops around not sure what that is hooked up to in the end and the large one is hooked up to what i believe is the brake booster which is located in front of the driver seat in the engine compartment. i dont have an air pump or ac. also i dont have a diagram under the hood i have nothing, besides almost nothing is as it was when it rolled out of the factory any ways it probably wouldnt give me a whole lot of useful info, thats why i had figured there has to be a lot of knowledgable people who either have the same set up or at least the knowledge of how the gt 40 intake should be set up on a modded engine, you r help is once again greatly appreciated roundman... thnkx

that line going over to the passenger side serves the heater/ac controls and there should also be a line off that side that goes to the EGR valve on the throttle body spacer, forgot to mention the EGR valve earlier.

Thode 3 that Roundman said are correct..Those 3 are the main lines! Just make sure you dont have any leaks any where or your breaks could fail.[&:]

Ok I am a bit confused on this MAP sensor deal. On a mass air car, do you connect the big line coming off the intake to the MAP/BAP sensor? Mine is plugged off and when I do connect it I get a check engine light?
