Default green wire tach???

ok i know there is a similiar thread on right now but i am hookin mine up right now and the search feature is not working for me

which side of the coil does the green wire go to i know the negative but which size is the negative i still have the stock coil thankyou

The neg side should either have a (-) on it or say neg.

we'll i domt see it labeled anywhere

as far as wires i have a red wire with a blue stripe on the side to the motor
the other wire is like a brown with a yellow stripe and towards the fender

when i did mine i forgot about hooking in up to the coil and i spliced it into one of the wires on the distributor it works fine so i dont wanna redo it

well if you dont know what side is neagitive side use a test light . cuase that should tell ya shouldnt it ? but hell i dont know i could be wrong .

we'll got it figured out it was the wire on the side toward the fender the autometer is working fine and it looks good thanks
