Default rubber hood bolts
How do I turn the bolt that the hood rests on with the rubber on top of it? My hood isn't level and I tried turning it but I thought it was going to break.

Keep turning it, it will turn (or break lol). Try using some knock 'er loose or some more elbow grease.
