Ok, I've got a buddy with a 96 3.8L stick mustang. He's been wanting to build it, and has decided to go with a V8 upgrade. Where is a good place to get info on this type of swap? All ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, well. Thats been brought up too, thank ya. Im sure somebody on here has done this before. If anything, can somebody just point us in a general direction? Known websites?

I have done a '94 v6-v8 swap. Pretty straight forward, you'll need an ecu & engine harness from the ecu out, from a v8 car, the 4.6 engine of course with all accompanying accessories, lines, etc. I would also upgrade to an 8.8 rear end at the same time. Alot of patience and some general knowledge will get you there. Took me a long weekend. http://www.mpsautosalvage.com/ will sell you a complete package, it may be a tas pricey though. Otherwise search for a creamed GT and buy it as a donor car, that way you don't forget any of the little odds and ends that tend to make you nuts.
