well guys i have solid motor and trans mounts. this car vibrates like no other. could it be u joints going out or is cuz of the mounts. they were in the car when i bought it. is there a way to keep it from doing this and not have to buy mounts?

 

Its the solid mounts, there's no way to reduce the vibrations without getting some new mounts.

 

solid mounts make your car viberate like no other. i think its sweet, makes me think I have a race car

Really though, the only way to fix it would be to get different mounts. Try getting a polyeurathane trans mount first, and see how much better that is. The trans mount is real easy to get to, anyway

 

yeah the solid motor mount/ poly trans mount combo would calm it down alot.

hmm screw as long as i know its just the mounts and not u joints im gonna run it till it blows up
