I was about to purchase an Cervini Stalker frontend bumper kit and noticed that my current side moldings are different that that of the 87-93 moldings. will the 87-93 moldings fit on my 86? or do i have to replace all my metal on the car just to get the 87-93 moldings to fit?

The 87-90 will fit your car no problem, at least i think it is 90, cause in 91 if i remember rightFordwidened the front fender wells about an inch for the 16 inch ponies. So yes all you need is the moldings as long as you purchased the bumber cover for lets say a an 88. if not new fenders are in order also.I think the stalker calls for GT side modings too.

you would also have to change the rear bumper cause the molding is part of the bumper if you want it to match all the way around

why the hell would you go through with all these changes? the 4 eyes are getting harder and harder to find because people like you are changing them around. why not save yourself some trouble and save the car by selling it and getting an 87-93?
