timing belt or chain on 95 5.0

Is it a chain or belt on the 95? I just bought my 95 from the original owner who does not think he ever changed it, and it has 211000KM!! I said WTF! It should have been done a few times...Any ideas here?

It's a double row type chain if it's still a 'virgin'...........
