anyone do a sn95 alternator swap on there fox?

has anyone done the sn95 alt swap on there fox and will it be worth my time and money to aquire the alternator..i have a mac underdrive set and my alt does charge with a damn when headlights are on

If you have UD pulleys then it's worth it. If you have a decent stereo as well then it's damn near required.

hell yeah the 130 amp alt will solve your problems and the install is very easy. you only have to cut a little of the bracket and only a few wires to splice. I put one in my 86 and my headlights don't dim anymore, plus i have a 1600 watt amp.
