Default Auto to manual swap.

Hey guys i am about to buy a 87 notchback 5.0 with an aod automatic transmission. I am wanting to swap the auto to a manual. How much am i going to be spending on this swap? What tranny should i go for?

Cheapest tranny to use is the t5. Of course in the long run it will end up costing you more when it breaks. That swap really isn't that bad. You just need a donor for the pedal assembly and all the other stuff is easy to find.
