I think I will also make ebay my friend on this purchase. I can get 4 actuators for the price of 1 on certain sites..... I am going to try the non rivit method first for sure.

I replaced mine without drilling and took about an hour or so (only needed the drivers side). They do come out of those brackets but it takes time and possibly a band aid or two. Those brackets are pretty tough.
Should be 2 rubber bushings on the actuator, coat them so they slide in/out easier.Work on getting one seated and push the other side down after it but make sure the actuators arm isinits holefirst. Leaving the connector unplugged will prevent any accidental nicking of the harness.
