opinions on reinstalling engine
ok im having a problem gettin the engine in the car.... would it be easier to drop the tranny out and put the bellinhousing on the engine and drop it in and tighten up the mounter mounts then get under the car and life the tranny bak in?? or is it hard to line up a tranny??....[&:]

the only really big problem is tryin to work around the tranny shaft.... if it wasnt there i think it would drop in with a very lil if ne trouble

yea im using an engine lift and a chain... but if i jacked up the bak it would be ezer to get the engine in but it owuld be near impossible to like it up with the tranny

install only the motor... take the trans and bellhousing off the setup, drop in the engine by itself, then put the trans in from the bottom

Intresting. With most imports you install the motor-set (longblock with trans attached) all at once. So with a Mustang build, its best to install motor, then put the car on jack-stands and install the trans afterwards?

thats what adder says and the man knows his ****... and we have hte same car so he know what i have to work with... the sn-95 has not engine bay room lol.....
i was wonder could i put a piece of wood over a floor jack a just it as a tranny jack that way??
