Default Clutch

Ok, my clutch is ok, but i need to know something, when you screw the bolt out on the rear side of the fork, the farther out, does that make it engage closer or farther from the floor? does that make sense?

ur talking about the bolt on the shift cable right??? the tighter the nut the higher the engaugement
