DRL was only an option in canadian cars, it was incorperated into the main harness for all north american cars though. it clips into a metal box 2 " x 2" that bolted behind the fender. on the american cars it was just left dangling.

and that vaccuum control box most likely will run the cruise control, as the CC is run mostly from vacuums, i belive it runs several others things to but not 100% . but it doesnt seem to be an isue if your car has been running fine and probably can just remove it.

ill trace the wires coming out of the module, if there not linked to anything else, its all coming out, and that connector is definately gone, the less wires the better! thanx for the help!

good good, the module wires ran to a small rubber grommet that led behind the fender, very small grommet. If your sittin in your car it's in the very top left. have u removed the fender lately to see if the vaccum box is still there?

i know the box is long gone, i removed it myself about a year ago, i guess i completely forgot about the wires i cut from it. i stared at that stupid box for over an hour trying to figure out what the hell its supposed to control, major brain fart haha.
