With my 3.08's I get about 220 miles to the tank... Next week I am putting in 4.10's... I'll let you know what I get after that.

I got around 12 mpg hwy before my pump shaft broke. I was running a C4 w/ 4.10's though. In case I start to hate it I always have my 5 spd I can put back in it. & If I still dont like it I could put my 2.73's back in. [:-]

Why do i only get abour 10-12 miles per gallon. I have a 95 gt with exhaust and gears 4:10s i drive around town and some times 30 miles away and 30 miles back. I only get abour 100 miles on a tank. I dont really care that much i would drive my car if i got 4 to the gallon i was just wanderin why it is so low i thought i would be a little better. what does everyone else get

assuming you got 410's? maybe coz your foot is in it a bit much? LOL

I thought I had bad mileage. The 4:10's have nothing to do with it... khh, khh, khh...

i've got a 95 gt, stock rear end. i get 18-19 mpg, and i got offroad h with flows. i don't see how 4.10's could take ur mileage down to 10-12.

Not to interrupt the thread, but do the 94-95 5.0 have the same cheap headers like the 87-93's did?

Couldnt you spin your driveshaft and see how many revolutions your tires turn according to the driveshaft revolutions.

Like with 4.10's. It should take just a bit more than 4 revolutions of the driveshaft to roll your wheel once.

3.55's, turn the shaft 3.5x's to roll the wheel once.
