What year did the AOD-E start for foxes?

a friend of mine is looking at this fox body but he isn't sure when they started putting the aod-e tranny set up in those bad boys. just for the info, he's looking at this '90 fox.

aode started in 94, before that they were aod without the electronic control

foxes didnt have aode's
