if youre freind used a power washer them he most likely did get something wet he will have to let it sit or start checking one item at a time...you said it wont even crank over so you might want to check the starter solanoind first depending on what type of car it is.

probably had the radio on or doors open for a long time and killed the battery..................just my 2 cents!
dont leave us hanging what killed the batery the suspense is killing me.
I know it couldnt have been the blinker fluid that stuff is good for 100,000 miles and water resistant.

id agree with the dead battery.
cause i doubt a wash would mess with the starter at all.
