the info plate on the door would say what gears I have? what code would it be or could you send me a link where it describes how to read the codes on the door

 

There is also a metal tag bolt to the diff cover. On the tag, on the bottom row of numbers, in the center itll tell you the ratio.
And as far as ratio's go, 2.73 standard 3.08 optional, '93 cobra's came with 3.27's.
