Auto tranny down shifting by itselft??

Default Auto tranny down shifting by itselft??
Today when i was on the express way downing around 65-75 my tranny down shifted to another gear which raise my rpms pretty high and then i have to press the gas and let go for it to shift back to 4th... What could cause wierd auto down shifts like that?

A bad speed sensor possibly. Put it on a scanner and see if anything pops up.
