$2,000 from
http://www.transmissioncenter.net/aode.htm#Level%202
its the Level 2
"Interceptor" package.

this tranny will hold up to my 331 and maby the occasional 50-75 shot when i need it.
i can get a local shop to rebuild the stock one and it should cost about the same, maby more, they wont know untill they tare into it and see whats wrong with it. ( doesnt shift to 2nd WOT, have to let off gas then shift)

i could buy all the stuff i wanted in it...all the stuff thats in that tranny...and let the shop install it, or get them to purchase all the above items and install.

has anyone had experiences with this company?

it's and aode not an aod correct? and at WOT it won't make the 2-3 shift? check your TPS, CTS (coolent temp sensor)...what happens at WOT if you have it in 3 instead of OD?

idk what it will do lol when i got the car it cylinder #7 was dead. the car wouldnt go past 3800rpms and wouldnt go faster than 70 lol im going to see what it will do with the rebuilt motor. but either way it will have to be rebuilt or just get a new one. i could buy a new one and sell the old one to offset the price... ive never heard anything about the company so i really dont want to buy from them. i thought about Art Carr or Performance Automatic trannys... you wouldnt happen to know how to rebuild aode's also?

well i changed all the sensors when i did the rebuild, i kno i got a new coolant sensor but im not sure about the tps, wheres that one located at? is it on the side of the TB, its like a black sensor, there are two, one right above the other on the stock tb and go on the same place on the new tb. i am reusing those...maby thats not a good idea now... lol
and why do u have to live in ohio!!!! geez i would get you to rebuild it but shipping could be alot lol
