thats alot of wiring missing. really dont know what to tell you, that is alot of wiring. see if it runs, and see what doesn't work, i guess.
geez. i'm sorry man, i really dont know what to say. i really don't know much about the 460's electronics. i can only assume it isn't much different than a regular carb'ed bigblock, but most of that wiring looks like accessory wiring, and i just can't identify all of it.

it doesn't go to positive on the solenoid BTW. You need some serious wiring diagrams man to figure all this out. Either that or start tracing them back.
