if its not hitting when i turn the motor over by hand, why would it hit once i start it.
Not trying to be a ***, just wana know.
Heres what it looks like as of now. If this info is any good to you guys
Int. degrees* ATDC. Exh. degrees* BTDC
1* .088 1* .178
2* .084 2* .175
3* .081 3* .172
4* .077 4* .170
5* .075 5* .168
6* .075 6* .167
7* .075 7* .167
8* .075 8* .167
9* .077 9* .167
10* .078 10* .167
11* .079 11* .170
12* .081 12* .170
13* .085 13* .175
1 RPM @ambient temp, under no load â‰* 4500 rpms, under load @400+° F in the chamber.....that's why you should shoot for the "minimum" recommended of .080" Int. and .100" Exh. If you don't want to notch pistons (which you should)....you could also check what clearances you get by changing the cam timing....as a last resort.

Are these numbers with or without head gaskets?
If without, You'll pickup a bunch more due to the thickness of the gasket.............
