Ijustboughta 94 gt and I believe it is totally stock. What gears do I have? I am doing 73 at 2000 rpmsin 5 gear. Also when i am in reverse and backing up for a little bit like going down a fairly long driveway it whines pretty loud. Is it my gears? it sounds like its coming form the rearend and not the trans. thanks

reverse sounds like that.....normal

prob you have 2.73

check the door tag, m=2.73 , z= 3.08 look at "ax" code

Well my mustang with 3.73 gears 23 tooth speedo gear and 17 inch rims at 70 mph in 5th gear, I'm around 2200 RPMs.......... Stock gears in 94 mustang came with 2.73's
