loose connection somewhere in the door is my guess, corrosion maybe. My pass side window wont open sometimes, I have to open the pass side door or even move the car to get it to work.

Might be shorted in the passenger side circuit.

ALL THE SWITCHES DO IS CONTROL THE GROUND SIDE OF THE CIRCUIT since the master switch operates the passanger side door lock (mine did this too) I'd replace the door lock switch on that side. as for the power window remove the door panel and put a test light down on the motor power side and operate the switch if it won't light the problem is further up in the system as cheap as the switches are and ease to replace try that first if you don't have test equipment !!! If you say the switch is fine??? DID YOU TEST IT with an ohmmeter if it's fine place one of the leads on one contact and one lead on the other when you move the switch the ohmmeter should read continuity. DID YOU DO THAT TO TEST BOTH SWITCHES???
