not when u have a cobra with gt-40s and u send him stock gt-40 heads it was still a waste of cash tho.. anotehr 400 bucks would ahve gotten my nice AFR 165 shipped to my door ready to go... i am so pissed i didnt get AFRs... i am now on the market for AFR heads 165 or 185s... used tho not new i dont have that kinda of money rite now i waste to much cash on the engine i need suspension work and some nitrous accesories
and on my nitrous pull ill actually have mroe hp and torque... they ad pinging at 4.5k cuz i need colder plugs with smaller gap
WTF... Bone stock you should be looking at 280 hp and 343 tq at the flywheel. Doing the math for drivetrain / accessory loss, it sems like you didn't gain much at all. I would have expected more than that from the ported intake, ported heads, and new camshaft.
thanks but no thanks.... cost to much and it would be to much work for not enough gain... i want something hta will get me cool to 300rwhp hp n/a .... so yea i dont wanna spend much more htan taht on AFRs even
Not saying that it is your problem... but when I first installed my s/c, I literally lost 60rwhp due to screwed up fuel pressure. Of course, that was during the FMU / 19# injector days.
