on a side note i will be buy the genx 2 kit from u more toward my birthday (october) i bought a used kit cuz i thot it was a great deal... and it was but it wasnt as good as i tho... it was only slighty better deal than buy from u brand new and i would have rahter had brand new stuff... so im not even goin to dick around with used nitrous stuff neone just by from u...
does ne one know wither it would more than likely be the heads or the tune that is the problem.... i know one way to find out but that involve buy AFR heads installing them and retuning it... and i dont wnana go thru that... expecially if it just wasnt tuned to hte best of its abilites

What did the tuner use to burn the chip? I don't suppose your tuner is willing to provide you with a .bin file of your tune is he (if he can.. depending on how he did it.) If you can get the actual binary, I'd love to check it out. Not that you can see much without datalogs, but it's a start.

I must say I'm rather surprised considering how much I've heard about how Thumper GT40 heads are supposed to make so much more power than AFR 165s. I have to think though with those numbers that the tune might be off, I believe our Cobras stock dynoed around 220whp, and I know Adder had his up to 270ish whp with stock heads.

The tune does seem a little off, but I don't know what he did to tune it. That's why I was hoping to get a look at the tune itself. The A/F ratio runs a little rich and gets worse as the RPMs rise, which could account for some of the problems. But I'm curious why it is doing that. That could account for some ponies right there.
